Fläkt Järna has new ownership

In 2024, Fläkt Järna was acquired by Norwegian investors. Operations will continue under the company Veloduct AB which was established on January 1, 2025.
The new owners have extensive experience and a wide network of contacts within the Scandinavian ventilation industry. Veloduct will be developed into a central and important manufacturer of ducts and fittings for market-leading companies in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
